Deco delights...

 

 Here's a few more delightful pieces from our collection - this time a little more deco in style. And not to be out-shone by the main plates here's a selection of beauties from the tea plate department!

Super star...

 

I fell totally in love with this lovely little set at a flea market this weekend and snapped it up before anyone else could! Made me happy to know that there really are still some super star pieces out there if you look hard enough.

Too good to eat off...

 

Here's just a few of our loveliest plates and I think you'll agree they are so beautiful that it seems a shame to cover them with food!

We're going to be picking out some of our faves over the next few weeks and sharing them with you so watch this space if you want to see some true gems!

A lot of bottle...

How retro cool are these old milk bottles that we've recently added to our collection?!? Perfect for displaying colourful flowers or filling with brightly multicoloured jelly beans as a sweet treat for your guests!

 

Or you could even fill them with traditional or pink lemonade and serve with colourful straws.

Either way, their funky illustrated adverts for things we know and love will provide a great talking point for your friends!

 

We have over seventy. Each one is different and we love them all!!!

Vintage flowers...

How beautiful do Suzy and Jon's flowers look displayed in our vintage teapots and cups and saucers? Clever and stylish Suzy hand picked each piece to go with her fabulous flowers.

And what a fantastic job she did! She chose flowers that were in season and picked out key colours with the crockery making stunning and original centerpieces for her tables.

To add to the loveliness Suzy piled up lots of yummy cup cakes on our tiered cake stands and scattered them around the tables for her lucky guests to tuck in to!

Everything looked just perfect! Well done and congratulations Suzy and Jon!

Love is in the air...

I found this folding heart table a couple of weeks ago at a vintage fair. It's perfect for displaying my new crockery sitting in the corner of my studio looking way too good to eat off!

This black and gold teapot adds a bit of cool sophistication to the collection and looks great with our new geometric patterned teacups. Mmmmm!

More new finds...

Sometimes I wonder how much longer I'll be able to find such lovely old pieces. After all these things aren't being made any more so they're going to have to run out one day. But until then I'll keep sharing these vintage beauties with you!
